incorporated company. It is a Real Estate concern. Our physical address is Number 17 Kay Gardens, Kensington,
Avondale.

D.B.T Properties was founded in 1999 and is headed by Mr Timothy Chiganze the chairman. The company
is Harare and Mutare based but has established a countrywide network of contacts for our clients' convenience.

D.B.T Properties has two branches one in Harare and one in Mutare but has a vision of opening a branch
in every major centre in Zimbabwe and the region. The company employs one registered estate agent and has a total of
15 (fifteen) employees of which 10 (ten) are permanent and 5 (five) are consultants.
